Key Responsibilities
- Perform accessibility audits of websites and web applications.
- Analyze digital products against WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical recommendations to development and design teams to improve web accessibility.
- Support the implementation of accessible components and user interfaces.
- Collaborate with Frontend, UX/UI, Business, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Perform accessibility testing using both manual and automated testing techniques .
- Use screen readers to validate real user experiences and identify accessibility barriers.
- Support teams in resolving accessibility issues and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Prepare accessibility reports, findings, recommendations, and technical documentation.
- Provide training and support on web accessibility , both from a technical and awareness perspective.
- Help promote accessibility best practices across development and business teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accessibility standards, processes, and testing methodologies.

Accessibility Testing
Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies, including:
- JAWS for Windows

- Automated accessibility testing tools such as:
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of unit testing .
- Understanding of UX/UI Design principles .
- Experience with accessible design systems and reusable UI components.
- Familiarity with accessibility testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of inclusive and user-centered design practices.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Web Accessibility, Frontend, UX/UI, or a closely related role.
- Proven experience conducting web and web application accessibility audits .
- Experience working with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 and WAI-ARIA .
- Practical experience using screen readers and automated accessibility testing tools.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams involving development, UX/UI, business, and QA.
- Ability to communicate technical accessibility requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
