Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Senior Business Analyst / Sustainability Consultant supporting projects within the financial sector.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements .
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications for technology teams.
• Coordinate and follow up with IT and technical teams throughout project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between business, sustainability, compliance, regulatory, and technology stakeholders.
• Analyze the impact of new regulatory and sustainability requirements on banking processes and systems.
• Prepare functional documentation, business process descriptions, requirements, and project deliverables.
• Support project planning, monitoring, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Participate in meetings and workshops with business and technology teams.
• Contribute to the implementation of initiatives related to ESG, sustainable finance, and banking regulations .

Required Skills & Expertise

Sustainability & ESG

• Strong knowledge of Sustainability and ESG/ESG criteria within the banking sector.
• Understanding of sustainable finance principles and their application within financial institutions.
• Experience working on sustainability-related initiatives, regulatory projects, or banking transformation programs.

Regulatory Knowledge

• Good knowledge of the European Taxonomy Regulation and its implications for financial institutions.
• Understanding of sustainable finance regulations and regulatory reporting requirements .
• Knowledge of banking regulations and requirements related to Energy Efficiency Certificates .
• Ability to analyze regulatory changes and translate them into business and functional requirements.

Business Analysis

• Requirements gathering and analysis.

Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Business Consulting, Functional Consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience in the financial services or banking sector is highly desirable.
• Experience working on regulatory, sustainability, ESG, or transformation projects .
• Proven experience interacting with business stakeholders and technical teams.
