Key Responsibilities
- Participate in activities related to the integration of the new Core Engine.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to define, analyse, and validate requirements.
- Identify and assess impacts on existing banking processes, applications, and systems.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business, functional, and technical teams.
- Prepare, maintain, and update functional documentation and project tracking materials.
- Support testing, validation, and implementation activities associated with the Core Engine integration.
- Contribute to the identification of dependencies, risks, and potential impacts during the transformation process.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Must-Have Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related technology/business role.
- Previous experience working on Core Banking projects or environments.
- Good understanding of banking processes and operations.
- Experience working in complex environments with multiple business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand both functional and technical aspects of banking systems.
- English: B2 minimum.
- Availability to work from the client's Madrid offices 2–3 days per week

Nice to Have
- Experience in banking transformation or Core Banking modernization projects.
- Previous involvement in system integration projects.
- Experience with the implementation or migration of modern Core Banking platforms.
- Technical background in Backend, DevOps, or Architecture combined with strong Core Banking knowledge.
- Experience working across functional and technical teams in large-scale banking environments.
