We are looking for an Enterprise Integration Engineer to support a strategic EAI Payment Services platform for a leading global universal bank.
The role is focused on the daily operations, incident management, change management, on-call support and delivery activities of a business-critical EAI Payments platform.
The successful candidate will contribute to both production stability and delivery support, working within a large enterprise integration environment supporting more than 600 interfaces across payment systems, financial applications, regulatory reporting platforms, databases, web services and messaging systems.
Support daily operations of the EAI Payments platform.
Provide production support.
Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues.
Participate in Incident Management activities.
Participate in Change Management activities.
Provide on-call support.
Support project and delivery activities.
Perform Linux-based troubleshooting.
Work with enterprise messaging technologies.
Perform SQL/DB2 investigations.
Support deployments.
Contribute to the stability and operation of the enterprise integration platform.
Experience in enterprise integration environments.

IBM MQ or similar messaging technologies.
SQL / DB2 investigations.

Business-fluent English.

Contract duration: until 31 December 2028, with an extension option.
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany.
Hybrid working model: approximately 70% remote / 30% on-site.
On-site presence: approximately 6 days per month in Düsseldorf.

Business-fluent English is mandatory.
German is not required.

You will work mainly remotely, combined with regular on-site presence in Düsseldorf as required by this project.
