Job Description

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale migration program from TIBCO to Apache Camel. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage project governance, mitigate risks, and ensure all migration activities are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with experience in enterprise integration projects and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of the TIBCO to Apache Camel migration program.
• Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, integration specialists, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor program progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Manage communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues that could impact delivery.
• Ensure migration activities comply with organizational standards, quality requirements, and technical architecture.
• Track project KPIs and provide regular progress reports to leadership.
• Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and best practices across all delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager leading technology initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise application integration or system migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and external vendors.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, enterprise-scale projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TIBCO, Apache Camel, or enterprise integration platforms.
• Knowledge of middleware technologies, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation or modernization programs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration frameworks.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or other enterprise environments is a plus.
