Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and governing initiatives related to the evolution of legacy Core Banking platforms across multiple countries.

You will be responsible for tracking local transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's Core Banking strategy, facilitating collaboration between regional and global stakeholders, and providing executive reporting through meaningful KPIs and governance dashboards.

This position requires a structured, analytical, and collaborative professional capable of managing multiple initiatives while communicating effectively with both technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate local initiatives focused on the modernization and evolution of legacy Core Banking platforms.
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of impacted business domains, identifying affected countries, key drivers, and transformation priorities.
• Ensure local solutions remain aligned with the organization's global Core Banking strategy and architecture principles.
• Facilitate discussions between local and global stakeholders to achieve alignment on solution approaches when regional requirements differ.
• Promote and communicate the Core Banking platform strategy across business and technology teams to ensure alignment from the early analysis and planning phases.
• Collect, analyze, and report project KPIs using tools such as JIRA, Helix, and ADA Sandbox.
• Develop executive dashboards and governance reports that provide clear visibility into Core Banking transformation progress.
• Analyze trends and identify which business domains are evolving most rapidly, providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with architecture, engineering, and business teams to ensure effective project governance and execution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes, reporting, and governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, PMO, or Project Governance professional.
• Experience managing or coordinating enterprise transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Core Banking environments and legacy modernization initiatives.
• Strong project governance, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present KPIs and executive reports.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience transforming complex project data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• English Level: B2.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services transformation programs.
• Familiarity with governance tools such as Helix and ADA Sandbox.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and Core Banking strategy.
• Experience developing executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery practices.
• Experience collaborating with architecture, engineering, and business leadership teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master are considered an advantage.
