We are seeking a talented AI Agent Engineer with experience in Python development and AI technologies to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agent-based applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent orchestration frameworks, backend APIs, and enterprise integrations. You will play a key role in developing AI-driven solutions that automate complex workflows, enhance user experiences, and integrate seamlessly with existing business systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain intelligent AI agents using modern AI frameworks and backend technologies.
Build scalable backend services using Python to support AI-driven applications.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect AI agents with enterprise systems and third-party services.
Implement AI agent orchestration workflows to enable autonomous task execution and decision-making.
Collaborate with AI Architects and development teams to define scalable AI solution designs.
Ensure AI applications are secure, reliable, and maintainable throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
Manage source code, version control, and deployment processes following software engineering best practices.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and intelligent agent technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in backend software development.
Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered applications.
Experience working with AI Agent orchestration frameworks.
Strong development experience using Python.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and system integrations.
Knowledge of software version control systems such as Git.
Experience with deployment processes and software release management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in agile development environments.

Nice to Have

Experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI workflow automation.
Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise environments.
