We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with extensive experience in backend engineering, software architecture, and platform development to support the design and evolution of enterprise Generative AI architectures.
You will be responsible for developing reusable frameworks, defining technical standards, supporting engineering teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across AI-driven projects. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with architectural thinking, mentoring, and continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop reusable Python libraries, internal frameworks, and scaffolding tools to accelerate the development of Generative AI applications.
- Define software architecture patterns, technical standards, and engineering best practices for AI-based solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable microservices using FastAPI and modern Python frameworks.
- Conduct technical reviews and code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and architectural consistency.
- Support development teams by troubleshooting complex issues in development and production environments.
- Collaborate in technical decision-making related to the evolution of the GenAI platform and its core components.
- Research emerging Generative AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to enterprise solutions.
- Promote the adoption of reusable components, engineering standards, and development best practices across multiple teams.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance on frameworks, libraries, and architectural patterns.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.

- Strong experience in Python development, including the design of reusable libraries, internal frameworks, and development tools.
