Job Description

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining the global solution architecture for Core Banking infrastructure modules and multichannel platforms, supporting strategic transformation initiatives within the Global Solution Delivery (GSD) organization.

You will contribute to the analysis, design, and evolution of enterprise architecture while working closely with business, architecture, and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative banking solutions.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership, business acumen, and technical expertise to drive architectural excellence, accelerate project delivery, and promote best practices across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define global solution architectures for Core Banking infrastructure and multichannel platforms.
• Lead architectural analysis and solution modelling for strategic transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to optimize project delivery, streamline processes, and improve implementation timelines.
• Drive innovative initiatives and propose architectural solutions that maximize business value, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Promote architectural best practices and ensure consistency across global delivery teams.
• Collaborate with international architecture teams to prioritize requirements and align solution roadmaps.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and enterprise architects.
• Influence architectural decisions and facilitate consensus among cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring architectural alignment, governance, and successful execution.
• Support business transformation by translating strategic objectives into scalable technology solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Core Banking architecture and banking infrastructure, including customer modules, contracts, and business processes.
• Experience designing enterprise solutions within large-scale banking or financial services environments.
• Solid understanding of modern architecture principles, including event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Payments and banking ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Experience working with KPIs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional environments.
• English level: B2.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate business qualification is considered an advantage.
• Experience working in multinational banking transformation programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture governance frameworks.
• Strong adaptability and continuous learning mindset in rapidly evolving environments.
