Job Description

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing global solution models for banking infrastructure and multichannel platforms, with a particular focus on Payments.

You will work closely with business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to define end-to-end solutions that support strategic banking initiatives. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and execution to ensure successful delivery across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define global solution architectures for banking infrastructure and multichannel platforms.
• Develop scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, streamline processes, and accelerate implementation timelines.
• Drive strategic initiatives and propose innovative architectural approaches that maximize business value and improve KPIs related to quality, efficiency, and delivery.
• Promote the adoption of best practices and architectural standards across multiple international markets.
• Collaborate with global architecture teams to prioritize requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures that support organizational objectives.
• Participate in architectural governance, solution reviews, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and interoperability across enterprise banking solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Enterprise Architect.
• Strong experience designing enterprise architectures within banking or financial services.
• Solid knowledge of Payments and banking infrastructure.
• Experience with multichannel banking platforms and enterprise integration.
• Strong understanding of modern architectural principles and distributed systems.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and transform them into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing technical decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Experience working with KPIs, project metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• English level: B2.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in international banking transformation programs.
• Knowledge of payment processing ecosystems and financial transaction flows.
• Familiarity with API-driven architectures, event-driven systems, and cloud-native solutions.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Experience working within agile delivery environments and global teams.
