About the Role

As a Project Head, you will be responsible for leading governance initiatives and coordinating projects within the commercial tools domain. You will oversee project execution, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.

This role requires a professional capable of managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring project quality and timelines, and driving continuous improvement across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage initiatives within the Project Governance scope
Coordinate projects related to PM DAC Herramientas Comerciales
Ensure successful planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of initiatives
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align project objectives
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and governance processes
Facilitate communication between departments and leadership teams
Ensure initiatives are delivered according to quality standards and timelines
Support decision-making processes through reporting and project visibility
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across projects
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective collaboration

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, governance, or leadership roles
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating stakeholders
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Experience managing project governance frameworks and delivery processes
Ability to work in dynamic and collaborative environments
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Experience working with commercial or business tools projects is a plus
