Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Consultant with solid experience working with the Avaloq platform to support strategic banking initiatives and transformation projects.

The selected professional will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and ensure successful project delivery within a financial services environment.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of banking operations and Avaloq functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Avaloq solutions and banking processes.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Support the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of Avaloq-based solutions.
Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure business requirements are translated into effective functional solutions.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Provide functional expertise and support during project execution.
Communicate effectively with international teams in an English-speaking environment.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience as:
- Business Consultant
- Business Analyst
- Functional Consultant
- Similar consulting roles within banking environments
Strong hands-on experience with the Avaloq platform .
Experience working in banking or financial services projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced project environments.
English level: C1 mandatory .

Nice to Have

Experience in banking transformation or digitalization projects.
Knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory processes.
Experience working in international and multicultural teams.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
