Candidate Profile

 Experience & Background

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
  • Strong domain expertise in insurance , especially in policy issuance processes
  • Proven experience in process analysis and functional design
  • Experience working in consulting or transformation projects

Key Skills

  • Business Analysis & Process Modeling
  • Functional Requirements Definition
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations and workflows
  • Ability to bridge business and IT teams effectively
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies is a plus

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in client-facing environments

Location & Contract

  • Location: Madrid (on-site presence required at client office at least 3 days per week )
  • Rate: €39 per hour
