Document in detail the banking products to be implemented on Vault (Thought Machine).
Translate client business requirements into product definitions, rules, and configurations.
Design Feature Blocks and Smart Contracts required to implement the defined banking products.
Act as business product lead during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and delivery teams.
Collaborate closely with clients, developers, and platform specialists to ensure accurate product behavior.
Validate product logic, rules, and outcomes against business expectations.
Support testing and validation activities from a business perspective.
Ensure product documentation is complete, clear, and aligned with client requirements.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Core Banking or Financial Services.
Strong understanding of banking products (accounts, deposits, lending, fees, interest, etc.).
Proven experience working with Vault by Thought Machine or similar modern core banking platforms.
Experience defining and implementing Feature Blocks and Smart Contracts.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to lead product implementation activities and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable working in complex, client-facing environments.
