You will join a dedicated Code Quality & AI Enablement Team whose mission is to elevate development standards across the client’s engineering ecosystem. The team operates on a rotational review model, where members take weekly shifts focused on code reviews, while also contributing to the development of internal AI-driven tools.
Participate in scheduled weekly code review shifts, reviewing incoming pull requests (PRs).
Analyze LLM-generated review notes and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Ensure adherence to best practices, performance, security, and maintainability standards.
Mentor and guide junior developers through actionable review feedback.
Design and implement backend services that power AI-driven workflows.
Integrate services with LLMs and internal AI model endpoints.
Contribute to improving and maintaining internal code review and developer productivity tools.
Write and refine LLM prompts to improve the quality of automated review insights.
Develop and enhance backend services using Python and/or Java.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Implement unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality releases.
Collaborate with frontend engineers on tooling UI improvements when needed.
3+ years of experience as a Backend / Middleware Developer.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or Java.
Experience designing and implementing backend APIs and services.
Familiarity with LLMs, AI workflows, or model integrations (hands-on or conceptual).
Solid understanding of code quality principles and clean code practices.
Experience participating in or leading code reviews.
Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
English level: B2 (professional working proficiency).
Experience working on developer tooling or internal platforms.
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools.
Frontend experience for internal tooling (optional).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
