As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, beautiful, and effective digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Your work will directly impact key customer journeys and large-scale digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define flows, create prototypes, and deliver pixel-perfect designs that align with business goals.
Lead UX/UI design for public websites, landing pages, and end-to-end digital journeys.
Bring strong process-focused UX, going beyond screens to understand full user workflows.
Create visually compelling, modern, and high-impact interfaces.
Define user personas, journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research: interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
Apply research methodologies such as A/B testing, field studies, and behavioral analysis.
Translate user insights into actionable design improvements.
Expert knowledge of Figma (components, auto-layout, interactive prototyping, design systems).
Experience with tools like InVision, Axure, Marvel, or similar.
Conduct interactive prototyping and gather usability feedback.
Maintain and evolve the existing Design System for APP and web projects.
Document new components, propose visual guidelines, and ensure cross-product consistency.
Work within Scrum/Kanban teams, participating in daily meetings, planning, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts.
Participate in co-creation workshops and usability sessions with internal/external users.
Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines to ensure inclusive digital products.
3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Visual Designer, or Interaction Designer.
Strong analytical skills applied to UX of processes and digital flows.
Experience in customer acquisition, digital channels, and end-to-end project delivery.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
Research experience across qualitative and quantitative methods.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver polished, visually appealing solutions.
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
Experience in the banking, fintech, or digital services sector.
