As a Database Developer, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing NoSQL database solutions with a primary focus on Couchbase . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data models, automate processes, and ensure the reliability and scalability of business-critical data systems.
This role requires deep technical knowledge of non-relational databases , advanced modeling experience, and hands-on use of tools like Power Designer , Control-M , and DataX .
Design, develop, and maintain NoSQL databases , ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Create and refine data models using Power Designer for enterprise environments.
Work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into efficient database structures.
Configure, schedule, and monitor data workflows using Control-M .
Implement and manage data integration and transformation processes using DataX .
Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization of database systems.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all environments.
Advanced knowledge of NoSQL databases , especially Couchbase (mandatory).
Proven experience performing data modeling with Power Designer .
Hands-on experience with Control-M for workflow automation.
Experience with DataX for data integration and transformation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
