As a Guidewire Integration Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing seamless integrations across multiple systems used by our clients. You will work closely with functional analysts, architects, and backend teams to support the full development lifecycle—from analysis and design to development, testing, and deployment.
This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in English-speaking, cross-functional teams (B2 level).
Develop and maintain Guidewire integrations with various 3rd party systems
Design and implement API-based interfaces, SOAP/REST services, and middleware connections
Configure, customize, and extend Guidewire modules as required
Collaborate with architects to define integration patterns and best practices
Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across all integration components
Participate in functional and technical analysis to translate business needs into solutions
Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and support production deployments
Document integration workflows and technical specifications
3+ years of experience as a Guidewire Developer (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter)
Strong knowledge of Guidewire Integration Framework (Gosu, GOSU Web Services, Messaging, Plugins)
Hands-on experience with SOAP/REST APIs, XML, JSON, and integration patterns
Experience working with external systems and middleware platforms
Good understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies
Comfortable communicating in English at B2 level
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
Experience with cloud-based Guidewire deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of Kafka, MuleSoft, or other integration tools
Familiarity with insurance business processes
