Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).

• Deploy and operate AWS services such as EC2, S3, API Gateway, Cognito, Route53/CloudMap, Secrets Manager, EventBridge, SNS/SQS, Lambdas, RDS (PostgreSQL), IAM, VPC, Transit Gateway, Load Balancers, CloudFront, and Global Accelerator .

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments using Jenkins .

• Manage container orchestration with Docker, ECR, and ECS.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, costs, and security compliance .

• Handle incident management , patching, and disaster recovery procedures.

• Provide cloud governance across multi-cloud environments.

• Document infrastructure processes, policies, and technical instructions.

• Collaborate in Agile sprints , contributing to product scalability, performance, and security.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer .

• Expert knowledge of AWS services listed above.

• Strong skills in Terraform , Bash scripting , Linux administration , and Git .

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices .

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture .

• Strong diagnosis and performance tuning abilities.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect Associate/Professional .

• Terraform certification .

• Knowledge of regulations such as GDPR, DORA, PCI DSS, ISO27001 .

• Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing tools.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
