Provide onsite production support to end users for Market Risk systems.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests promptly.

3+ years in a SysOps/DevOps/Production Support role.
Advanced expertise in OpenShift (mandatory) .
Advanced administration of Windows Server and Linux environments (mandatory).
Working knowledge of Java and Control-M job scheduling.
Experience with Oracle databases .
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work directly with end users.
Availability to work onsite in Madrid or nearby 50% of the time.
Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python).
Experience with other cloud or container platforms.
Familiarity with ITIL incident and change management processes.
