Provide Level 2 (N2) technical support for Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.
Identify root causes, propose fixes, and coordinate with Level 3 or development teams when needed.

4+ years of professional experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Strong understanding of Guidewire architecture, configuration, and integration.
Proficiency in Gosu, GScript, PCF, and related technologies.
Experience in troubleshooting SOAP/REST APIs, XML, JSON data flows.
English – B2 level for effective communication with global teams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management tools is a plus.
