Job Description:

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web components using LitElement, Cells, or Polymer.

• Participate in the development of Android and iOS applications, working with tools like Android Studio and Xcode.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including POs, TLs, and Scrum Masters, to deliver seamless user experiences in banking and payment applications.

• Ensure clean, efficient, and scalable code following industry best practices.

• Manage version control using Git and follow branching models like GitFlow.

• Write and execute unit tests, end-to-end tests, and ensure proper API integration using RESTful services and tools like Postman.

• Participate in CI/CD processes using Jenkins or similar tools.

Required Hard Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.

• Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, and front-end technologies.

• Strong knowledge of LitElement, Cells, or Polymer.

• Experience with mobile development for Android/iOS platforms.

• Familiarity with banking domain, especially payment systems, loyalty programs, and credit/debit products.

• Good understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitFlow).

• Hands-on with testing frameworks (unit, E2E).

• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

• Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills, both business-oriented and technical.

• Excellent time management and task prioritization.

• Proactive learning mindset, especially in mobile technology trends.

About the projects you will work on

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.

You will work on projects with a leading company in digital transformation with a passion for technology and innovation in sectors such as banking (35 of the main banks worldwide work with our client), insurance, industrial and automotive in Big Data projects, Blockchain, AI, Cloud, among others.
