Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the resilience and scalability of IAM solutions using Ping Identity products (PingAM, PingDS, PingIDM, PingAuthorize).

• Design robust infrastructure topologies tailored to varying use cases and volumetric loads across diverse installations.

• Define and review configurations for high availability and disaster recovery (e.g., backups, failover strategies).

• Monitor infrastructure performance and implement load balancing and node distribution strategies.

• Lead problem analysis and resolution in production environments.

• Define load testing strategies, coordinate test execution, and evaluate outcomes.

• Design and manage production deployment strategies, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum uptime.

• Lead teams, coordinate tasks, and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and solution quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Architect or Consultant in backend systems and IAM domains.

• Extensive knowledge of IAM concepts and Ping Identity products: PingAM, PingDS, PingIDM, PingAuthorize

• Proficiency in OAuth servers, OAUTH2/OIDC protocols, and security token management.

• Advanced cloud expertise, primarily in AWS, with exposure to GCP and Azure.

• Experience in infrastructure performance monitoring, load balancing, and scalability planning.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex technical tasks.

• English level: B2 or higher (written and spoken).

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
