4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance or IT services domain.
Proven experience with Guidewire Claim Center (BC module).
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Located in Spain or willing to relocate.
Ability to work in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
