As a Cybersecurity Analyst – SysOps Sec , you will:
Oversee and validate that projects related to Proxy, VPN, Firewall , and end-user device security controls are compliant with cybersecurity requirements.
Handle request and incident management related to secure infrastructure.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure smooth and secure deployment of services.
Work with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow to track incidents and service requests.
Use basic knowledge of Office365 tools for documentation and communication.
1+ year working with Proxy, VPN, Firewall or end-user security controls .
1+ year of experience in incident/request management .
Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow .
Ability to communicate effectively in English (B2 level) .
Basic understanding of Proxy, VPN, Firewall concepts.
Familiarity with Office365 tools.
Exposure to IT service management environments.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
