Collaborate with CISO, business units, technology, and operations to continuously improve cybersecurity posture.
Act as a cybersecurity expert and advisor to CIOs, project managers, and business leaders.
Serve as the single point of contact for all cybersecurity topics within the assigned domain.
Support business units in understanding cyber risks, threats, and attacks, and help ensure those risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and monitored properly.
Ensure all applications and products are developed in compliance with corporate security policies and standards.
Drive the reduction of the attack surface by prioritizing and correcting internal and external vulnerabilities.
Regularly report cybersecurity status, risks, and fraud initiatives to all relevant stakeholders.
5+ years of experience in information security or cyber risk management roles.
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Solid experience in cybersecurity projects and initiatives.
Broad understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threat models, and security controls.
Good knowledge of technology operations and lifecycle processes (TL).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with client-side cybersecurity systems and infrastructure.
Experience working in financial institutions or regulated environments.
