Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the analysis, development, and testing of backend services.
Work on the integration of digital assets into the Avaloq core banking platform.
Develop and maintain APIs and backend components in Node.js and optionally NestJS .
Manage authentication mechanisms using JWT .
Implement messaging services via AMQP protocols such as RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.
Collaborate with the team using Azure cloud services.
Handle database operations using PostgreSQL .
Optional: Contribute to core banking integrations , ideally with Avaloq .
3+ years of experience in backend development .
Strong proficiency in Node.js.
Experience with AMQP-based messaging (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc.).
Solid understanding of PostgreSQL .
Experience implementing JWT authentication .
Hands-on work in cloud environments , preferably Azure .
Familiarity with NestJS framework.
Experience with core banking systems , especially Avaloq .

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
