As a Backend Technical Lead , you will spearhead the development and architectural decisions behind the Control Panel and other backend components of our GenAI-based platform . You'll be responsible for leading a small team, designing robust and secure RESTful APIs using Flask , and various integrating services within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
This is a leadership position that blends technical expertise , team coordination , and strategic thinking . You'll collaborate across teams—from frontend to DevOps—to ensure that our solutions are clean, scalable, and production-ready.
Lead the backend design and development of the Control Panel
Architect new backend solutions tailored to the GenAI ecosystem
Build RESTful APIs using Flask , applying clean code principles and industry best practices
Ensure quality , scalability , and security of all backend services
Integrate cloud services (queues, storage, authentication, logging) using GCP components
Collaborate closely with frontend , DevOps , and cross-functional technical teams
Mentor junior developers in Python best practices and backend architecture
Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development, preferably with Python and Flask
Proven ability to design scalable APIs and backend architectures
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (preferably GCP), including integration of storage, queues, and authentication
Strong grasp of software engineering principles , clean code, and testing
Excellent coordination and communication skills within technical teams
Experience mentoring or leading developers is a strong plus
