Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend / Middleware Developer to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable identity and access management solutions using ForgeRock Access Management (AM) . You will play a critical role in integrating ForgeRock with various internal and third-party systems to support authentication, authorization, and directory services for a large financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using ForgeRock Access Management (AM)

• Analyze requirements and integrate ForgeRock AM with core banking architecture via REST APIs

• Create and manage authentication, authorization, and access control policies

• Integrate ForgeRock with third-party systems, LDAP directories , and REST/SOAP APIs

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ForgeRock AM and integration flows

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock AM

• Deep understanding of IAM protocols and flows such as SSO , OAuth 2.0 , SAML , and OpenID Connect

• Proven experience in configuring and customizing authentication flows in ForgeRock

• Strong programming knowledge in Java , Groovy , JSON , and XML

• Experience integrating with LDAP directories (Active Directory, OpenLDAP, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools

• Experience working in banking or regulated environments

• Knowledge of ForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG) or ForgeRock Directory Services

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
