Job Description:

As a Frontend Technical Leader, you will lead the development and architectural design of a React-based frontend migration project, ensuring full accessibility (A11y) compliance. You will mentor developers, make strategic technology decisions, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver a robust, accessible, and user-friendly platform in a regulated, enterprise-level environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the frontend development of a migration project using React.

• Define and enforce accessibility standards (A11y) across the codebase.

• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend teams.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the frontend team.

• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and performance optimization.

• Act as a liaison with the client to ensure alignment on technical requirements and accessibility goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.

• Strong command of React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.

• Solid understanding and practical experience with web accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Experience in leading migration projects in enterprise or financial environments is a plus.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to take ownership of technical direction and team development.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.

You will work on projects with a leading company in digital transformation with a passion for technology and innovation in sectors such as banking (35 of the main banks worldwide work with our client), insurance, industrial and automotive in Big Data projects, Blockchain, AI, Cloud, among others.
