As a Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will lead functional workshops, document user requirements, write user stories, and support the validation of delivered features. Your role will be essential in ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead and facilitate functional inception sessions with stakeholders.
Draft and maintain clear meeting minutes, action items, and decisions.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Write well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
Perform functional validations to ensure delivered features meet requirements.
Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and development teams.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a Functional Analyst or similar role.
Strong skills in requirement gathering and writing user stories.
Experience conducting and leading inception or functional discovery sessions.
Detail-oriented approach to documenting meeting notes and functional specifications.
Good understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
English proficiency (B2 level) in reading and writing; spoken English is a plus.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
