As a Backend Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining clean, scalable APIs using Python and Flask. You'll be part of the team responsible for the backend of our Artificial Intelligence Control Panel, contributing to the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of backend services. Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python 3 and Flask.
Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Continuously improve backend architecture and performance.
Explore and implement cloud solutions (primarily Google Cloud Platform) with the guidance of a senior Tech Lead.
2+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Python 3.
Proficiency in Flask and REST API design.
Familiarity with error handling, project structure, and basic testing in Python.
Experience with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) or NoSQL databases.
Solid understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within a team.
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub).
Basic understanding of authentication (OAuth, JWT) and secret management.
Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
Background in clean architecture and well-documented codebases.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
You will work on projects with a leading company in digital transformation with a passion for technology and innovation in sectors such as banking (35 of the main banks worldwide work with our client), insurance, industrial and automotive in Big Data projects, Blockchain, AI, Cloud, among others.
