Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting functional requirements, coordinating with developers, conducting user testing, and creating user guides and manuals. Additionally, you’ll support project management activities (PMO) including monitoring a portfolio of initiatives, preparing client reports, and overseeing a 4-person team—all under the supervision of a senior project leader.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and experience in both business analysis and project follow-up within banking or financial services.
Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with end users
Draft functional documentation to support development and testing
Oversee and coordinate development progress and perform user acceptance testing (UAT)
Prepare detailed user guides and training manuals
Track and coordinate a portfolio of tasks across a 4-member team
Review functional specifications and ensure quality and alignment with project goals
Assist in preparing project status reports and client deliverables
Support the Project Manager in daily planning and team oversight
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector
Proven ability to collect, structure, and document functional requirements
Experience in coordinating small teams and monitoring task delivery
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with project documentation, reporting, and user training
Ability to work under the direction of a Project Manager in a structured and collaborative environment
