Job Description:

Join our innovation-driven team to develop and support the architecture for Generative AI solutions . This role involves building reusable tools and libraries, contributing to greenfield projects, and enabling other development teams to accelerate their GenAI initiatives.

As a Backend Developer, you will help shape how applications are built using internal GenAI components while working with state-of-the-art technologies and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop reusable Python libraries and scaffolds for GenAI application development

• Build microservices using FastAPI following best practices and clean architecture principles

• Research and assess emerging GenAI technologies and integration methods

• Provide technical support and guidance to internal development teams

• Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD practices, and clean code standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Python development, particularly building reusable tools and greenfield projects

• Expertise in designing extensible tools for use across multiple projects

• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI , Pip , Poetry , and containerization (Docker)

• Familiarity with clean code , testing frameworks , and development patterns

• Solid experience with AWS services such as CloudWatch, X-Ray, AppRunner, and Lambda

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines : Git, Jenkins, Sonar

• (Optional but valuable) Knowledge of LLM libraries and GenAI-related tools

Location: Flexible (Remote/Hybrid based on team)

Experience: 3+ years in backend development (Python-heavy stack)

English Level: Not mandatory

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
