As a Backend / Microsoft Analyst Developer, you’ll be responsible for analyzing, designing, and maintaining legacy systems while supporting the evolution of business applications. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, provide technical guidance to junior developers, and ensure that both process improvements and software updates are handled with quality and precision.

3+ years of experience as a backend or fullstack developer.
Solid hands-on expertise with:

Proven experience in analyzing business requirements and designing technical solutions.
Ability to coordinate and mentor other developers.
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
