As a Backend / Microsoft Technical Leader, you’ll be responsible for both client-facing technical analysis and internal team leadership. You will serve as the technical bridge between the client and the development team, ensuring that requirements are well understood, planned, and executed efficiently.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for a banking client, understanding and analyzing new requests.
Translate business needs into clear technical tasks for the development team.
Lead and supervise a small team of developers, guiding them through development cycles.
Ensure code quality, adherence to architecture standards, and timely delivery of tasks.
Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture when needed.
Help troubleshoot and resolve any complex technical issues that arise.
4+ years of experience in backend development with Microsoft technologies.
Proven ability to lead or mentor development teams.
Strong skills in .NET Core, C#, and experience with modern backend architectures.
Experience interacting with clients, especially in high-demand sectors like banking.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret business needs and define technical approaches.
Ability to manage priorities, coordinate resources, and ensure team alignment.
English: Not required, but clear and professional communication is expected with internal stakeholders.

About the projects you will work on
You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
You will work on projects with a leading company in digital transformation with a passion for technology and innovation in sectors such as banking (35 of the main banks worldwide work with our client), insurance, industrial and automotive in Big Data projects, Blockchain, AI, Cloud, among others.
