Job Description:

As a Frontend Tech Lead, you will take charge of the end-to-end frontend strategy for one of our most critical AI applications. You’ll lead the implementation of scalable, high-performance interfaces using Vue 3, drive the adoption of best practices, and mentor a talented team of developers. Your vision will directly influence the next generation of GenAI solutions in a regulated, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of the frontend for the AI Architecture Control Panel.

• Guide the creation of reusable, scalable components using Vue.js (v3).

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers in frontend technologies and architecture.

• Collaborate with backend engineers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment, especially in GCP environments.

• Maintain code quality, performance, and alignment with modern frontend standards.

• Support the expansion of the GenAI framework through technical guidance and hands-on development.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years in frontend development, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.

• Advanced knowledge of Vue.js v3, including component architecture, state management, and testing.

• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience integrating with REST APIs and building responsive UIs.

• Familiar with modern dev tools: Vite, Webpack, Git, Jest, etc.

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

• High level of autonomy and a results-oriented mindset.

Bonus Points For:

• Previous experience in banking or fintech environments, especially on GCP.

• Contribution to reusable frontend architecture or shared component libraries.

• Familiarity with UX principles and design documentation tools.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence architectural decisions.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.

You will work on projects with a leading company in digital transformation with a passion for technology and innovation in sectors such as banking (35 of the main banks worldwide work with our client), insurance, industrial and automotive in Big Data projects, Blockchain, AI, Cloud, among others.
