Job Description:

As a Senior Backend Developer , you will play a critical role in building the foundations of our GenAI-based ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing internal libraries and scaffolding that empower product teams to accelerate development. You'll review emerging technologies, contribute to architectural decisions, and provide hands-on support to development teams across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain internal libraries, scaffolds, and reusable components for GenAI applications.

• Research and evaluate state-of-the-art technologies in the GenAI and LLMs space.

• Support internal development teams by resolving technical issues and clarifying tool usage.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Python development, particularly in building reusable tools and greenfield projects.

• Strong understanding of designing extensible software for use across multiple projects.

• Proven experience building microservices with FastAPI .

• Proficiency with Python ecosystem tools: pip, Poetry, FastAPI , and related frameworks.

• Solid foundation in clean code principles , design patterns, and automated testing .

• Containerization expertise (building and running containers).

• Hands-on experience with AWS, especially CloudWatch, X-Ray, AppRunner, Lambda .

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and Sonar.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of LLM libraries and generative AI frameworks.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
